About Us

Feedback Organic Recovery

Our Story

Feedback Organic

Feedback Organic began on a family farm in Barrington Tops, New South Wales, where turning food scraps into living soil sparked a bigger idea, that communities, like nutrients, could circulate value too.

Since 2013 we’ve been closing loops, transforming food waste into compost, building urban farms, and helping thousands of people reconnect with where food really comes from. Composting remains at the heart of what we do, but our focus has grown toward the systems that make regeneration practical, scalable, and shared.

Where We’re Headed

Alongside our Circular Food Waste Service and Solutions, we’re now building the Feedback Organic Co-Design Platform, a digital and experiential platform where councils, companies, farmers, and citizens design the future of food together. It’s part collaboration lab, part social movement, part Shark Tank for circular innovation.

Through our Grow Products page, people can experience the food system firsthand, growing food anywhere, turning waste into resources, and taking part in projects that make circular living visible and achievable.

This next chapter is about participation, creating ways for people and organisations to work together on real solutions that rebuild how food, waste, and community connect.

We’re collaborating with:
